So on Friday, Yvette and I headed to Ikea. My third time already since it's so near MJC, and shoot me, cos I'm already sick of meatballs. Wore my SAC uniform together with Khai and Lionel who wore theirs; Anmari had dental so she couldn't come to school. Recieved many questionable stares but all in all it was fun. Anyway, it's nice having someone in school who can click so well with me in the girl-schoolish way. Unlike some others who I've come across, some who betray your trust. PTFF, call them friends? I think NOT. Unhappy stuff aside, I just wanna say I love you Yvette! I'm always here for you. ;)
Yesterday, our collection of TY beanies, 200 over actually, came back to us from storage in my Grandma's place. Every single one holds dear memories from when my mum built this collection since over 5 years ago. Now we just gotta find a way to store and display them.
This one's called China. The latest to the collection, given by the sweetheart. ;)
Okay, so now that my work table is almost organised, it's time to prepare for the mugging-to-come. Gosh, that means no more fun. :(

Celebrated Val's 18th on the 6th. 3 days before the actual day. It was fun, we ate, laughed, took pictures, ate somemore and played murderer. Donn, Joy and I tanned in the morning, got a little burnt but a few shades darker anyway.
The two soccer-rivals-turned-buddies set up the fire real quickly...
...while we prepared the food.
When all of us finally came, we surprised Val with a pastry formation thingy; 18 Chocolate nut donuts with 1 huge Cheese smiley. And of course, a very nice and expensive tote bag from NUM.

ATTs and the ATTM. So around 1plus am, with two of us, who shall not be named, hopelessly disorientated (drunk) from alcohol, some left, some stayed over. Walked back to his house, played a little Xbox360, napped while he watched soccer and Dad finally came to pick me up from a random mahjong session nearby. I think I love gatherings, they take your mind off anything else. Especially when you're with those you love. =)

Alright, so lectures have officially started and the teachers are all being very "serious". I would say that I've made some new friends from the J1 batch. Turns out they aren't so bad after all. Though some have already started mugging, like seriously, whassup!
Best part of today is finding out they're doing Pride and Prejudice, and Othello again. I'll be looking forward to Literature lessons everyday. [Too bad it's only H1.] Looks like that Cambridge trip won't go to waste anymore. On account that I probably won't be going again this year :(

NEW YEAR'S EVE!
ATT's tradition for a close gathering to welcome the new year was at my new place. Movie marathon, Mcdonalds, pizza, chocolates, laughter and the great company. It's just so amazing how the eight of us have remained so darn close. Knowing everyone's strengths and flaws, seeing each other in all the unglam and glam moments. We practically grew up influencing and being influenced by each other.
It's been 7 years for most of us now, 2007 being our 8th. XOXO, Babes.
